Blythe Con Fashion tour in Japan station

皆様ご無沙汰しております。ブライスコンジャパンです。今年2019年は香港のブライスコン　ファッション　ツアーとの共同開催でイベントを進行中です。

これまで、Blythe Con Fashion Tour 公式ホームページで情報を配信しておりましたが、英語・中国語・日本語、3ヶ国語での表示が分かりにくいとの声もありまして、日本語での情報は、改めましてブライスコンジャパンでも発信していくことにしました。今回もよろしくお願いいたします。

ベンダー申し込み受付は既に6月19日に終了いたしました。予想を遥かに超える400名もの作家さんからお申し込みを頂きまして、只今先行作業中です。6月末にはベンダーリストをお知らせしたいと思います。

一般入場チケットは只今販売中です。楽しいイベントになるよう準備しておりますので、ぜひいらしてくださいね。チケットは公式サイトのチケットページよりご購入いただけます。こちらのチケットページからもリンクしています。

クレジットカードまたはPayPalにてお支払いいただけます。申し込みの際にご記入いただくメールアドレスは、ezweb、softbank、docomoなどの携帯アドレスはご使用頂けませんのでご注意くださいね。

日本での代表は、前回に引き続きモモリータこと小森桃子です。香港の代表カレンと一緒に準備を進めています。10月にお会いできるのを楽しみにしております。

Financial report

Hello everyone. Finally, we updated the financial report. 

We have donated our profit 400,000yen to the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake. Thank you for everyone who came to BCJP and who purchaced the goodie bag.

皆様こんにちは。大変おそくなりましたが、ブライスコンジャパン2016の収支をアップデートいたしました。経費を除いた40万円を、熊本地震の義援金として寄付させていただきました。

イベントにご参加下さいました皆様、グッディバッグをご購入くださった皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

We received a letter of thanks from the governor of Kumamoto Prefecture.
We are very happy we could make an action for helping people. We would like to say thank to everyone again!!

We would like to apologize about our raffle. /ラッフルについてのお詫びとお知らせ

At Blythe Con Japan, we had some extra goodie bags and each bag had one raffle ticket. We should had taken the extra tickets from the raffle box, before we started the Raffle, but we forgot to do so. It is our bad. We are very sorry.

One more thing, the biggest mistake that we commit was we forgot to receive a custom doll from Freddy. That doll is supposed to be included in our biggest prizes. As of now, we have two biggest prizes and almost fifty prizes left. And for that, please accept our humble apologies.

In connection, we decided to have a new raffle here/on the BCJP website for the remaining prizes and of course, everyone can join! But since all of you don’t have a raffle ticket number yet, we will be providing a new one basing on your attendee ticket number or vendor table number. For the winners, we will send the prizes to you. This is so exciting! We couldn’t wait for the raffle time.
We will make the Raffle in the middle of September. Please keep posted as we announce the list of the winners.

ラッフルについてのお詫びとお知らせ
ブライスコンベンションジャパンのラッフルでは、その場にいらっしゃらなかったお客様のチケットや予備のグッディーバッグ付属のチケット番号も合わせて抽選されてしまったため、幾つかの賞品を残してしまいました。
また、シンガポールのアーティストFreddy Tan のカスタムドールを受け取り忘れるというアクシデントもあり、カスタムドール1体、ネオブライス1体も当選者を待っております。
そこで、web上にて再度ラッフルを企画したいと思います。皆さん既にラッフルチケットはお手元にないと思いますので、今回は、皆様の入場券番号、またはベンダーテーブル番号にて抽選を行います。(グッディーバッグを購入されたヘルパーの方の番号は、「A1_helper」となります)
　公平な方法で抽選を行い、当選番号を公式HPにて 発表し、当選された皆様へは、チケットご購入の際にご記入頂きましたご住所へ賞品を発送させて頂きます。
9月中旬に抽選を行う予定ですので、ぜひ今後の更新をチェックしていて下さいね。

Thank you for coming Blythe Con Japan 2016. We hope you enjoyed the event. We were very happy to see a lot of people at BCJP.

We would not never have made it without our volunteers help. We also would like to say thank you to them.

It was first time for us to organize the event. We always tried to find the best way when we to do something. We worked very hard working. But sometimes the way we took might be inconvenience to you. We are very sorry.

We have not decided the next Blythe Con Japan yet. Hopefully in few years time.

ブライスコンへ参加して下さった皆様、ありがとうございました。
たくさんの方にお越し頂いて、イベントを楽しんで頂くことができて本当に嬉しかったです。また、私達も沢山のお客様にととても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。今回のコンベンションは、ご協力頂いた企業様と、ボランティアの皆さんの活躍無しには実現することができませんでした。この場を借りて、ご協力頂きました全ての皆様にお礼を申し上げたいです。本当にありがとうございました。

日本では初めてのブライスコンベンションで、私達主催グループにとっても、初めてのイベント企画でしたので、色々と試行錯誤して参りました。至らない点もあったと思いますが、この経験を次回へ活かして参りたいと思います。
次回開催については未定ですが、また皆様にお会いできることを楽しみにしております。

　Blythe Con Japan 2016にご協力くださった皆様をご紹介いたします。皆様のお力添えがなければ、このようなイベントを開催することはできませんでした。本当にありがとうございました。

ラッフルやグッディーバッグへ作品を寄付してくださった皆様、ありがとうございました。お陰様で、とても賑やかなグッディーバッグとラッフルになりました。

　コンベンションの大きな楽しみの一つであるグッディーバッグとノベルティのドールサイズTシャツは、(有) PB'-factoryさんが製作してくださいました。可愛い色合いと、裏地とポケット付きという素晴らしく豪華なバッグとなりました。

また、全ての印刷物や背景布などは長屋印刷さんがご協力くださり、ギリギリの入稿にもかかわらず、全てを間に合わせてくださいました。

合成写真サービスのGreen Screenでは、川本写真事務所さんが合成からデータの受け渡し方法まで、細かく考えてくださいました。

ワークショップにご協力下さったJUKI販売(株)様、クローバー(株)様、(株)グラフィック社様、ホビージャパン(株)様、作家の皆様、ありがとうございました。参加された皆様、とても楽しんでいらっしゃいました。

Pre-meeting information

We are having a pre-meeting on June 24th at the Bar Zingaro in Nakano. We had previously announced this, but it seems that there would be more people than we expected.

We have decided to accept reservations for the pre-meeting. The maximum number of people is 60. We have divided the time into 2 parts.

If you would like to attend the pre-meeting, please reserve your attendance using the booking form below. The booking form will open at 9 pm on June 12th Japan time. If it reaches the capacity, the booking form will be closed. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Blythe Con. Japan will be held at Tokyo Nakano Congress Square both on the basement hall and all event rooms on the 1st floor.

You can buy the items such as outfit from Vendors and Corporations in the main hall on the basement floor. There is a party room, workshop room, exhibition room and photo booth on the 1st floor. We planned lots of fun events for you. Please come and join us!! Let’s have fun together!!!

地下ホールではディーラーと企業による物販を、1階には、パーティールーム・ワークショップルーム・展覧会ルームで、様々なイベントを開催します。

また、合成写真を制作するグリーンスクリーンや、ドールハウスを設置した写真撮影コーナーなど、楽しい企画がたくさんあります。

We will accept the vendor application from December 1st and we will sell the attendee tickets on January 10th 2016.

Vendor applications and Ticket for attendees

Hello everyone!
We will accept vendor applications between December 1st and 20th in 2015. We can provide about 100 stalls at BCJP. If we receive more applications than what we can accept, we will have to choose the vendors. We will announce the all vendor’s list on December 25th.

The attendee ticket sales starts at 10am (Japan time) on January 10th 2016. You can buy your tickets on our website.

Blythe Con Japan in Tokyoは2016年6月25日(土)に、中野コングレスクエアにて開催いたします!

We are pleased to inform you that we are holding a Blythe convention in Tokyo in June 25th 2016. The venue is Congres-square in Nakano.

This will be the first ever Blythe Convention to be held in Japan. We are so excited to host this event and meet wonderful people. We are going to sell tickets in December.

We are going to having a illustration competition in this summer. The prize work will be our main visual.
